Commercial Property Manager – London (NW2)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join our fast‑growing property and asset management firm in North West London. The role is full‑time, Monday to Friday, based in the NW2 postcode area, and offers the chance to work across a diverse portfolio of office, industrial, retail and shopping‑centre assets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial property portfolios on behalf of a range of clients.
• Act as the lead manager for all aspects of the assigned properties, from tenancy administration to maintenance coordination.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Commercial Management, surveyors, an Assistant Property Manager, support staff and the accounts team.
• Ensure compliance with lease terms, health and safety regulations, and client service standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in commercial property management, preferably across office, industrial, retail or shopping‑centre sectors.
• Strong understanding of lease administration, budgeting and client relationship management.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
