About the role

As a Field Sales Executive you will operate as an independent partner, representing a leading fintech brand and selling its payment solutions to merchants in your local area. The role is commission‑only, giving you full control over your earnings and the ability to build a sustainable, recurring revenue stream.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, approach and acquire new merchant clients for SumUp payment hardware and software.
• Negotiate contracts, close sales and ensure smooth onboarding of merchants.
• Maintain a pipeline of prospects and manage relationships to generate repeat business.
• Track sales performance and report results on a weekly basis.
• Leverage promotional incentives and hardware offers to maximise deal value.

Required profile

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently without a fixed salary.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage a personal sales portfolio and schedule.

Required skills

• Understanding of payment technology and merchant services.
• Experience in B2B sales or field sales environments.
