About the role

We are seeking a Communications & PR Coordinator to join a leading international architecture and design studio in London. Working closely with senior leadership, partners and creative teams, you will help shape and deliver the studio’s global communications strategy.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an integrated PR and communications plan aligned with business goals and brand positioning.
  • Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media outlets, influencers and key stakeholders.
  • Draft press releases, media statements, speeches, Q&As and other PR materials.
  • Prepare spokespeople for announcements, interviews and public events.
  • Design and launch creative PR campaigns and events to raise brand awareness and thought leadership.
  • Monitor media coverage and public sentiment, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Support issues management and rapid‑response communications.
  • Collaborate with in‑house creatives to ensure consistent branding across all channels.
  • Manage the studio’s social media presence, internal communications, newsletter and awards submissions.

Required profile

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in communications, public relations or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of delivering multi‑channel campaigns (print, broadcast, online, social).
  • Experience handling high‑profile announcements and sensitive issues.
  • Strong storytelling ability and excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Degree in Communications, PR, Journalism, Marketing or related field is advantageous.
  • Passion for architecture, design and urban environments.

Required skills

  • Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator.
  • Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
  • Social media scheduling and analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, HubSpot, Google Analytics.
  • Familiarity with CRM or digital asset management systems.
