Community Manager – Events (France)

About the role

Binance is looking for a dynamic Community Manager to lead both online and offline community initiatives across France. You will be the primary point of contact for French‑speaking users, driving engagement through events, social platforms, and strategic partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow Binance’s Telegram groups, implement bots, and run mini‑games and community campaigns.
• Plan, organize, and execute offline and online events such as meet‑ups, webinars, workshops, and educational sessions.
• Build and maintain partnerships with local crypto communities, student groups, and universities to expand Binance Academy reach.
• Support recruitment, training, and performance tracking of Binance Angels volunteers.
• Create, translate, and proofread community content in French and English.
• Moderate regional social media and chat platforms, ensuring safe and positive interaction.
• Promote Binance’s products and campaigns while providing high‑quality community support.
• Identify new platforms to increase brand awareness and gather user insights for internal teams.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in community management, events, or related fields.
• Proven success organizing both offline and online events across multiple city tiers.
• Strong ability to build partnerships with local communities, student clubs, and universities.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Results‑oriented, self‑driven, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.

Required skills

• Telegram moderation and bot implementation.
• Mini‑game creation and campaign execution.
• Knowledge of Binance products (Spot, P2P, Futures, NFT, etc.).
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Notion AI, and Discord/Telegram AI bots.
