Community Manager

About the role

Riverstone is creating a vibrant, active community for residents over 65 at its Fulham residence. As Community Manager you will lead the design and delivery of inclusive events and engagement programmes that enrich daily life and foster a strong sense of belonging.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and deliver a diverse calendar of resident‑led social gatherings, sales events and community outreach activities.
• Curate an inclusive events programme aligned with seasonal themes and Riverstone’s broader community goals.
• Produce clear, timely communications – newsletters, event promotions and essential resident information – across digital and analogue platforms.
• Build strong relationships with current and prospective residents to encourage participation and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Monitor budgets, gather feedback and continuously improve the events programme.
• Manage the external event space, Kingfisher Wharf, handling enquiries, bookings and show rounds.
• Act as a community ambassador, developing partnerships with the wider local community to support lead generation.
