Compliance Monitoring Administrator (Part‑time, Hybrid)

About the role

This part‑time position supports the compliance team of a leading international bank in the City of London. Working on a hybrid schedule (two days in the office and three days remote), you will spend 2‑3 hours each day performing monitoring checks and reporting on regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out daily compliance monitoring checks according to documented procedures.
• Monitor investment guideline and regulatory reports using internal monitoring systems.
• Review automated compliance reports, identify exceptions and flag any breaches or unusual findings.
• Maintain accurate records of all monitoring activities.
• Check investment restriction, issuer limits and liquidity limits reports and escalate issues to the compliance team.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years proven experience in compliance monitoring within a banking environment.
• Strong knowledge of FCA regulations and monitoring processes.
• Availability on short notice and ability to work 2‑3 hours each day.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel.
