About the role
The Conference Producer will shape high‑impact B2B events at the crossroads of food, nutrition, agriculture, materials and water. Working from Brighton, you will translate market insight into compelling programmes that bring together senior decision‑makers, innovators and investors.
Key responsibilities
- Research industry trends, emerging technologies and customer challenges to spot opportunities for new and existing conferences.
- Conduct in‑depth interviews with senior executives and experts to gather insight and shape event content.
- Design commercially relevant conference agendas that deliver audience value and support business growth.
- Recruit and secure high‑profile speakers, building trusted relationships across key sectors.
- Create agenda copy, speaker briefings and programme content that translate complex topics into engaging experiences.
- Collaborate with commercial, marketing and operations teams to maximise audience engagement, sponsorship and event success.
- Manage multiple conference projects simultaneously from concept through live delivery.
Required profile
- Strong research and analytical abilities with a knack for identifying emerging trends.
