Construction Contracts Manager – Fit‑out Projects

About the role

Stanlo Construction is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead the delivery of high‑quality fit‑out projects across multiple live sites in London and the South East. Reporting to the Operations Director, you will have full ownership of project outcomes, working directly with blue‑chip clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of multiple fit‑out projects from pre‑start through to completion, typically valued between £500k and £2m.
• Drive programme performance, sequencing and site progress to meet key milestones while ensuring safety, quality and budget compliance.
• Manage contractual aspects, monitor costs, variations and financial performance in partnership with the commercial team.
• Lead and support Site Managers and site teams, fostering consistent standards and high‑performance culture.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and maintain accurate project documentation using Procore and Microsoft Project.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering construction fit‑out projects of similar scale.
• Hands‑on, site‑based approach with the ability to thrive in fast‑track environments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of mentoring teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage risk, control costs and ensure contractual compliance.
