About the role

Join a fast‑moving marketing team at Clarks, driving high‑impact consumer media campaigns across the UK, ROI and EMEA markets. You will own the day‑to‑day management of consumer media activity, ensuring campaigns support brand and commercial objectives while shaping the customer experience at every touchpoint.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage daily consumer media activity across UK/ROI/EMEA, supporting brand and commercial goals.
  • Own and maintain the consolidated regional marketing calendar, aligning with product launches, category initiatives, seasonal moments and commercial activity.
  • Coordinate the integrated customer calendar with channel teams to deliver agreed plans and messaging cadence.
  • Execute the consumer marketing plan targeting Contemporary Style Seeker (CSS) and Timeless Style Seeker (TSS) across channels.
  • Share master calendar updates with regional teams at key milestones to ensure alignment and visibility.
  • Coordinate content planning with creative and global teams, reflecting regional requirements.
  • Collaborate with channel teams to distribute content effectively and support optimisation across the funnel.
  • Roll out and embed the marketing calendar across UK/ROI teams for consistent execution.
  • Deliver multi‑channel consumer marketing activities such as store launches, influencer activations and retail‑driving campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and implement agreed optimisation actions.

Required profile

  • Relevant qualification (e.g., Marketing degree) or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in consumer marketing, media planning or campaign execution.
  • Good understanding of media channels and consumer behaviour.
  • Strong organisational and project‑management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working with data and performance reporting.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
