About the role
The Content & Communications Coordinator will support UFC’s content and communications strategy across the EMEA region, working closely with broadcast partners and the PR team to deliver and promote media assets.
Key responsibilities
- Distribute content to UFC media partners and manage enquiries on live and non‑live content.
- Maintain daily contact with media partners to ensure accurate, timely posting and optimal exposure.
- Collect and analyse media platform data, producing exposure and value reports.
- Create pitch documents to support media rights processes.
- Draft and distribute press releases, build media lists, pitch stories to journalists and handle incoming media enquiries.
- Track media coverage using monitoring tools and compile regular coverage reports.
- Provide on‑site PR support at events, including logistics and athlete briefings.
- Support end‑to‑end campaign delivery, from project briefs to timeline tracking and asset delivery.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a related communications or media role.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Strong writing skills with keen attention to detail.
