About the role
Legacy Flooring Ltd. is seeking a Contracts Supervisor to join its commercial flooring team in Glasgow. This full‑time, permanent position will oversee contract delivery from initial site surveys through to final inspections, ensuring projects run smoothly and on schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all stages of contracts, including site surveys, project planning, and final inspections.
- Coordinate labour resources, manage teams and schedule work activities.
- Monitor installation progress and ensure timelines and deadlines are met.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a similar contract supervision role.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction processes.
- Full UK driver’s licence (essential).
- CSCS card (essential).
- SSSTS or SSMTS certification (desirable).
Required skills
- Project planning and coordination.
- Site survey and inspection.
- Construction health and safety compliance.
