Controls Systems Engineer – Manufacturing & Diagnostics

About the role

Join a world‑renowned heavy equipment manufacturer as a Controls Systems Engineer, supporting manufacturing and diagnostics across cutting‑edge machine technologies. You will work closely with production and maintenance teams to improve quality, solve complex technical issues, and drive the introduction of advanced control systems.

Key responsibilities

• Provide controls and software support, including fault finding, diagnostics and system optimisation.
• Support commissioning, calibration, validation and testing of machine control systems.
• Utilise CAN Bus diagnostics, CANalyzer and CANape to analyse system performance and support validation activities.

Required profile

• Experience in industrial or embedded control systems within manufacturing, automotive, heavy equipment, rail or similar sectors.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with a hands‑on approach and ability to work independently.
