Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support and timely responses to client queries.
• Manage new business, renewals, and mid‑term adjustments across a range of commercial insurance policies.
• Ensure client documentation is accurate and completed within agreed timescales.
• Maintain a client‑first approach, delivering outstanding service at all times.

Required profile

• Proven experience in commercial insurance broking, preferably with larger corporate risks.
• Strong commercial awareness and client‑focused mindset.
• Excellent communication, organisation and time‑management abilities.
• Ambition to achieve CII qualifications.
