Corporate Events SME – Wealth Management

About the role

We are seeking a Corporate Events Subject Matter Expert to join a leading wealth management firm in Blackpool. The role focuses on delivering deep technical expertise for complex corporate action events, acting as an escalation point and champion of quality within the Corporate Actions function.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clear technical guidance to operational staff on event handling, elections and escalation procedures.
• Lead and support the technical development of corporate actions team members.
• Identify, assess and escalate operational, regulatory and reputational risks arising from corporate actions.

Required profile

• Minimum three years’ experience in corporate actions within wealth management.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and mentor junior staff.
