Corporate Finance Junior Associate – Digital & Technology M&A

About the role

Sequence Advisers is a specialist Digital & Technology corporate finance advisory firm seeking a motivated Junior Associate to join its London team. You will work closely with senior professionals on a variety of M&A and investment transactions, gaining direct client exposure from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, review and present financial, commercial and operational information from client management teams.
• Build, maintain and refine detailed financial models, including operating models and EV‑to‑equity bridges.
• Prepare high‑quality client materials such as pitch decks, information memoranda, management presentations and transaction updates.
• Support due diligence processes, including data‑room preparation, Q&A management and coordination with clients, counterparties and third‑party advisers.
• Conduct sector research, buyer mapping, investor targeting and maintain proprietary valuation databases.
• Assist in business‑development activities and contribute to presentations for specific transaction opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong analytical capability with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritize under time pressure.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills and professional judgement.
• Confidence working in a small, high‑performing team.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel modelling.
• Financial analysis and valuation.
• Familiarity with S&P Capital IQ or similar research platforms.
• PowerPoint presentation creation.
