About the role
Join Deliveroo for Work’s Corporate Service Centre in Manchester as the first point of contact for B2B clients. You will guide new customers through onboarding, handle day‑to‑day account queries and ensure a smooth, high‑quality experience for corporate catering and employee food‑perk services.
Key responsibilities
- Onboard new corporate clients, ensuring a seamless first experience with the platform.
- Provide customer service via email and telephone, answering account‑related questions and educating users.
- Manage escalations promptly, delivering appropriate solutions to maintain satisfaction.
- Support Corporate Account Managers with reporting, auditing key accounts and data entry.
- Identify upselling opportunities and act on them through proactive outreach.
Required profile
- Native or fluent in English and French.
- Strong customer‑service mindset with experience in account management.
- Organised, detail‑oriented and comfortable working in a fast‑paced corporate environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to think quickly, solve complex issues and adapt to daily challenges.

What we offer
- Salary: £27,700 base plus up to £6,000 annual bonus (paid quarterly).
- Hybrid working model – three days per week in the Manchester office.
