Corporate Tax Manager – Banbury

About the role

Pro-Finance is seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Manager to lead and develop its growing tax team in Banbury. This senior position combines technical advisory work, portfolio management and business development within a collaborative, ambitious environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of corporate tax clients across multiple sectors.
• Review and produce complex corporate tax computations and returns.
• Deliver advisory services covering restructures, R&D tax credits, capital allowances, EMI schemes, CIR, transfer pricing and M&A activity.
• Act as the technical point of contact for the wider team and support junior staff through coaching and mentorship.
• Identify cross‑selling and advisory opportunities and contribute to business development initiatives.
• Collaborate with audit and accounts teams on broader client matters.

Required profile

• ACA, ACCA or CTA qualified.
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in corporate tax.
• Strong compliance review and advisory experience.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop junior staff.
• Commercially aware with confidence speaking to clients.
• Experience within a Top 50 or similarly sized accountancy practice.
