Corporate Tax Manager – Bristol

About the role

Pro-Finance is expanding its Bristol office and is creating a brand‑new Corporate Tax team. As a Corporate Tax Manager you will work closely with the Tax Partner, delivering high‑quality advisory and compliance services to a diverse portfolio of corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, providing tax compliance, accounting and planning advice.
• Support partners on complex projects such as mergers & acquisitions, restructurings and tax investigations.
• Review work produced by junior team members and provide mentorship.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring commercially focused tax solutions.
• Contribute to the growth and development of the new Corporate Tax team.

Required profile

• Qualified with ATT, CTA, ACA or ACCA.
• Proven experience in corporate tax and managing a client portfolio.
• Demonstrated ability to review work and support junior staff.
• Strong commercial awareness and excellent communication skills.
