Corporate Tax Senior Manager

About the role

We are partnering with a top‑10 London firm to hire a Corporate Tax Senior Manager. The role offers a mix of high‑quality client work, advisory projects and genuine flexibility through a hybrid model.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of corporate tax clients, acting as the primary contact.
• Lead delivery and review of corporate tax compliance engagements.
• Provide advisory input on structuring, transactions and other tax‑related projects.
• Collaborate with Directors and Partners on complex engagements.
• Support business development, proposals and new client opportunities.
• Coach, mentor and review work of junior team members.
• Contribute to process improvement and service development.

Required profile

• Extensive UK corporate tax experience, preferably in practice.
• Strong knowledge of both compliance and advisory tax work.
• Experience with owner‑managed businesses, complex groups and private‑equity clients.
• CTA, ACA or equivalent professional qualification.
• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.
