Creative Food & Events Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Creative Food & Events Manager to lead the design and delivery of memorable culinary experiences at our busy contract catering site on Liverpool Street. The role blends food, design and event activation to engage employees and enhance the workplace environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute the internal events calendar, creating themed food activations in partnership with chefs and suppliers.
• Design and install visual décor, pop‑ups and seasonal takeovers, sourcing props and materials to transform spaces.
• Identify, negotiate with and manage external vendors for on‑site pop‑up experiences.
• Support the delivery of both internal and external events, ensuring seamless execution of Vacherin‑led activations.
• Monitor performance of initiatives through reporting and analysis, maintaining high standards of quality and creativity.
• Research emerging food trends, attend industry events and share insights to evolve the food offering.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, internal teams and the General Manager to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Strong passion for food with awareness of emerging trends.
• Confident communicator able to build relationships with clients, suppliers and internal teams.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proactive, hands‑on creative thinker who can bring ideas to life.
• Adaptable and solutions‑focused in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience delivering creative food or event concepts is desirable.

• Competitive salary of £46,000 per annum.
• Full‑time 40‑hour week, Monday‑Friday.
