About the role

We are seeking a creative, driven, and highly organised Marketing & Campaign Administrator to join our growing team at Berwick Care. In this fast‑paced, hands‑on position you will own the end‑to‑end delivery of marketing campaigns, ensuring every piece of content is visually engaging, well‑written, and aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Update and manage website content using a CMS.
• Design and produce digital and print marketing materials.
• Create engaging presentations and campaign assets.
• Support lead‑generation activities and monitor campaign performance.
• Source and manage imagery, photography, and visual content.
• Write clear, engaging copy for various channels.
• Assist with social‑media and broader marketing initiatives.
• Prioritise workload and continuously improve content and results.

Required profile

• Strong creative ability with an eye for design and visuals.
• Excellent written English – clear, engaging, professional.
• High attention to detail and quality standards.
• Effective organisation and time‑management skills.
• Commercial awareness of marketing impact on business results.
• Proactive mindset, always seeking improvement.

Required skills

• CMS (content management system) experience.
