CRM & Lifecycle Lead, International

About the role

Eucalyptus is the world's leading consumer healthcare platform, supporting millions of patients across the US, Australia, the UK, Germany, Japan, Spain and Canada. It is centralising growth across its international team and is hiring a CRM & Lifecycle Lead, International to own lifecycle as a central function. The role reports to the Product Growth Lead, partners with the Head of International Growth and Performance, and leads execution through a team of local-language copywriters.

Key responsibilities

• Own CRM and lifecycle across international markets, from strategy to execution, accountable for activation, adherence, retention and LTV
• Scale established markets (Germany, Canada, Japan) with strategic oversight
• Build lifecycle programs for new launches end to end: flows, segmentation, measurement and messaging
• Choose the right channel mix per market (email, WhatsApp, SMS, push, in-app)
• Own segmentation, automated flows and the experimentation roadmap
• Run a measurement framework that proves impact on retention and LTV
• Lead a team of local-language copywriters, owning briefing, QA and delivery
• Ensure deliverability, list health and compliance (GDPR and local privacy regimes)
• Share winning programs and learnings across markets

Required profile

• 5+ years in CRM, lifecycle or retention marketing, ideally in DTC subscription or healthcare
• Experience building flows and running a program end to end, not just operating an established one
• Comfortable across several markets and with the ambiguity of new launches
• Bonus: healthcare or regulated-industry experience, multi-market experience, non-email-first markets, a second language, SQL or BigQuery, people leadership experience, fluency with AI workflow tools

• Modern lifecycle platform (Customer.io preferred; Braze, Iterable or similar)
• Segmentation, automation, A/B testing and lifecycle measurement
• Channel versatility (email, SMS, WhatsApp, push, in-app)
• Deliverability, list health and GDPR compliance
