CRM Strategist

About the role

Chip is building the UK's most personal digital wealth manager and needs a CRM Strategist to own growth‑path lifecycle strategy across acquisition, activation, cross‑sell and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Turn business objectives into testable lifecycle strategies and run experiments at pace.
• Design audience logic, segmentation and multi‑step journey flows using platforms such as Braze Canvas.
• Prioritise competing priorities, plan campaigns end‑to‑end and write clear briefs for the build team.
• Shape messaging across email, push, in‑app and content cards while ensuring compliance with FCA rules.
• Analyse campaign performance, document learnings and share recommendations.

Required profile

• 3+ years in CRM, lifecycle or growth marketing, preferably in fintech or consumer apps.
• Proven track record of running conversion‑focused campaigns and iterating quickly.
• Strong project‑management skills and ability to work with product, data, compliance and engineering teams.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Braze (preferred) or similar platforms such as Iterable or Customer.io.
• Building segmentation and multi‑step journey logic, including triggers, suppression and holdouts.
• A/B testing, result interpretation and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Familiarity with Liquid or SQL for data manipulation.
