About the role

Join Optical Express as a Croatian‑speaking Contact Centre Agent based in Glasgow. You will contact patients who have shown interest in our eye‑care services, guiding them from initial consultation to appointment booking while delivering a first‑class customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to patients in Croatia who have attended an initial consultation.
• Promote the clinical and lifestyle benefits of our eye‑care treatments.
• Manage the patient pipeline and ensure accurate record‑keeping.
• Provide exceptional after‑sales service and support.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written Croatian and English.
• Proven track record of exceeding outbound sales targets and KPIs.
• Resilient, empathetic and comfortable making high‑volume calls.
• Flexible to work a 40‑hour week, Monday‑Friday, between 9 am and 9 pm.
