• Process payments, issue confirmations and manage any amendments or upgrades.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings and customer interactions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in cruise or travel sales.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑oriented environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage large call volumes.

Required skills

• Experience selling cruise packages.
• Ability to handle high‑volume phone and email enquiries.
