Customer Account Manager – Hybrid (Horsham)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Account Manager to join a well‑established client based on the outskirts of Horsham. The role combines customer relationship management, service delivery oversight and feedback analysis to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide regular updates on overall customer satisfaction and product feedback.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to guarantee service standards are met.
• Organise and lead Customer Success initiatives that drive retention.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Monitor, maintain and grow client accounts.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management or Customer Service Management.
• Background preferably within the Healthcare or Tech Solutions sector.
• Excellent relationship‑building abilities and strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills.
