Customer Assistant - Online (Christmas Temp)

About the role

Morrisons is recruiting a Customer Assistant for its Aylesham Centre store on Rye Lane in London. This is a fixed-term Christmas temp position of 3 months, at 4 hours per week, with a maximum of two weeks of additional hours if available. The store is described as having a fast-paced, structured environment with clear routines and timed activities.

Key responsibilities

• Work across the store to serve customers
• Support various parts of the store, trained to help wherever needed
• Resolve customer queries

Required profile

• Friendly, helpful and reliable approach
• Enjoys staying active and being hands-on
• Works well in a busy, structured environment
• Comfortable using equipment safely and following processes
• Over school-leaver age; some roles require being over 18 for health and safety reasons
• Credit check required for applicants to Kiosk or Cash Office roles
