Customer Assistant - Online, London

About the role

Morrisons is recruiting a Customer Assistant for its Aylesham Centre on Rye Lane in London. The role works across the store serving customers in a fast-paced, structured environment with clear routines and timed activities. It is a fixed-term position of 15 hours per week for 6 months, with flexible shift patterns across all days of the week, mainly weekends from 5am to 11:30pm.

Key responsibilities

• Serve customers across the store in a fast-paced, structured environment
• Support various parts of the store, as training covers several areas
• Work in a busy, structured environment and follow processes safely

Required profile

• Friendly, helpful and reliable approach
• Enjoys staying active and being hands-on
• Comfortable using equipment safely and following processes
• Loves supporting customers and resolving their queries
• Over school-leaver age; some roles require being over 18 for health and safety reasons
