Customer Assistant - Online (Seasonal)

About the role

Morrisons is recruiting friendly, reliable people to join its team at the Charterfields Shopping Centre store in Kingswinford, working across the store to serve customers. The role is seasonal cover, 6 hours per week, on a fixed-term basis of 3 months, with any hours available. The closing date is 12 November 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Work in a fast-paced, structured environment with clear routines and timed activities to make sure customers get what they need, when they need it.
• Support various parts of the store, as you will be trained to help wherever you are needed.

Required profile

• A helpful and friendly approach, enjoying staying active and being hands-on.
• Ability to work well in a busy, structured environment.
• Comfortable using equipment safely and following processes.
• Passion for supporting customers and resolving their queries.
• Must be over school-leaver age; some roles require you to be over 18 for health and safety reasons, and a credit check is required for Kiosk or Cash Office roles.
