About the role
The Customer Experience (CX) Team Member will act as the face of Colliers International, delivering memorable interactions for clients, occupiers, visitors and stakeholders. You will provide personalized service at every touch‑point and uphold the Beyond: Front of House brand standards.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and bid farewell to clients, occupiers and visitors, ensuring a warm and professional experience.
- Maintain immaculate front‑of‑house areas and follow Colliers’ standard operating procedures.
- Handle telephone and email enquiries, providing timely follow‑up and resolution.
- Manage visitor registration processes and log any property faults with the helpdesk.
- Address complaints promptly, escalating when necessary.
- Process and manage data in internal databases, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Identify and propose innovative ideas to enhance the customer experience.
- Support and train temporary team members according to Colliers standards.
- Adhere to health & safety protocols and grooming standards.
Required profile
- Strong academic background with good literacy and numeracy skills.
- Understanding of service excellence and commitment to high‑quality work.
- Attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate information.
- Professional demeanor and ability to build lasting relationships.
Required skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
