Customer Loyalty Agent – Hybrid, £27k

About the role

This hybrid position supports customers whose finance agreements are ending, helping them understand renewal options and retain the brand they trust. You will engage with customers via phone, email and SMS, building relationships that drive renewals and enhance satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Contact customers approaching the end of their finance agreements through multiple channels.
• Explain renewal options, answer queries and guide customers to the best solution.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and preferences in the CRM system.
• Achieve individual and team targets for conversion and customer satisfaction.
• Collect and relay customer feedback to improve future campaigns.
• Ensure all communications comply with GDPR, FCA and internal policies.

Required profile

• Positive, customer‑focused attitude with strong relationship‑building skills.
• Comfortable working in a target‑driven environment.
• Previous experience in telesales, customer service, retention or a contact‑centre setting.
• Ability to manage multiple conversations and maintain attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

• £27,000 per annum.
