Customer Relationship Manager – Care Home Sales

About the role

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to drive occupancy for a prestigious care home in Drayton. You will combine sales and marketing activities to generate enquiries, convert leads and support residents and their families throughout the admission process.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound enquiries and improve conversion rates to meet occupancy targets.
• Develop and maintain the home’s digital profile and conduct community networking.
• Support local and wider marketing campaigns to generate leads.
• Identify opportunities to enhance sales and marketing performance.
• Represent the home professionally during tours and phone conversations.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date contacts database and analyse performance data.

Required profile

• Proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Required skills

• Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM system.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel.
• Proficient use of Microsoft PowerPoint.
