Customer Service Adviser – Fast‑paced Support Role

About the role

The Customer Service Adviser provides fast‑paced, varied support to both internal and external customers, handling enquiries via email, phone and live chat. You will ensure orders are processed accurately, returns are managed efficiently and customers are kept informed throughout the resolution process.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to all customer contacts through email, phone and live chat, providing accurate information and resolving enquiries or directing them to the appropriate department.
• Update customers regularly on the status of their enquiries until completion.
• Record customer account details correctly in the required systems.
• Process orders, returns, credits and replacement orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Liaise with internal departments to communicate relevant information to customers and management.
• Monitor and clear back‑orders and returns to meet deadlines.
• Support Account Managers by finding resolutions or escalating enquiries as needed.
• Contribute to building strong relationships with customers and Posturite staff through regular communication.
• Complete daily tasks assigned by the manager and help the team achieve its objectives.
• Follow company policies and report any breaches to the team leader.
