About the role
Join Santander’s contact centres in Glasgow or Belfast as a Customer Service Advisor. You will be the first point of contact for everyday banking customers, delivering friendly and empathetic support over the phone.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls and provide immediate assistance.
- Process day‑to‑day transactions, answer queries and service requests.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records.
- Help keep customers and the bank safe by following security procedures.
- Build relationships, identify solutions and suggest improvements to the customer experience.
Required profile
- Comfortable working in a high‑volume, telephony‑based environment.
- Flexible, "can‑do" attitude with the ability to handle a variety of tasks.
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
- Willingness to learn about Santander’s products and services.
