About the role
Join Santander's Homes Direct Servicing team in Glasgow as a Customer Service Advisor, helping customers with mortgage and loan enquiries. You’ll work in a hybrid model that blends remote flexibility with a collaborative office environment.
Key responsibilities
- Handle mortgage and loan queries and transactions over the phone, with the possibility of supporting live‑chat after training.
- Encourage customers to use digital channels for a smoother experience.
- Identify vulnerable customers and detect potential fraud to keep both customers and the bank safe.
- Gather accurate information to resolve issues at the first point of contact.
Required profile
