About the role
Join Marston Holdings Ltd as a Customer Service Agent in our busy contact centre. You will be the first point of contact for inbound callers, helping them resolve queries, process payments and complete applications with a friendly and professional approach.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls and provide accurate information.
- Process payments and handle financial transactions securely.
- Assist customers with applications, account queries and service requests.
- Manage sensitive or difficult conversations with empathy and confidence.
- Update and maintain customer records using internal systems.
Required profile
- Proven experience dealing with challenging customer situations.
- Excellent communication and listening abilities.
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
- Professional, friendly phone manner.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
