Customer Service Representative (Airport Operations)

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join LATAM’s Operations team at Heathrow Terminal 3. In this fast‑paced role you will support various airport functions – check‑in, baggage, ticket desk and flight dispatch – while delivering high‑quality service to passengers.

Key responsibilities

• Assist passengers across multiple airport areas including check‑in, baggage handling, ticketing and flight dispatch.
• Provide consistent, courteous customer service and communicate any flight delays promptly.
• Prioritise and support passengers with special needs.
• Follow LATAM’s mission, vision, values and operational procedures when serving customers.

Required profile

• Minimum education equivalent to GCSE.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Self‑motivated yet able to work effectively within a team.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast‑moving environment with minimal supervision.
• Fluent in English and either Spanish or Portuguese.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Fluency in English.
• Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese.
