Customer Service Representative (French Speaker)

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join our European support team. Based in the Greater Cheshire West and Chester area, you will work in a hybrid model, splitting your time between home and the office while assisting French‑language customers and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day support to French‑speaking clients across Europe.
• Manage existing partnerships, ensuring high‑quality service and relationship growth.
• Handle administrative tasks, documentation and follow‑up communications in French.
• Collaborate with the wider European team to share best practices and improve processes.
• Develop knowledge of the company’s consumer electronics products and associated software.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken French.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Customer‑focused attitude with the ability to build trusted relationships.
• Interest in technology or consumer electronics is a plus.
• Based in or willing to work in the Greater Cheshire West and Chester area.
