Customer Service Representative – Hybrid (London)

About the role

You will be the voice of a leading tech‑insurance brand, engaging with customers via phone, email and live chat. Your mission is to guide, support and tailor solutions using best‑in‑class technology while maintaining high service levels.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries across phone, email and live chat channels.
• Provide accurate guidance and support, tailoring solutions to individual needs.
• Utilise the company’s technology platforms to resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain and exceed defined service level targets.

Required profile

• Experience in contact‑centre, live‑chat or email support.
• Knowledge of insurance, banking or FCA‑regulated environments.
• Degree‑educated with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong team spirit.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
