Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service both in‑store and via email/live chat, ensuring memorable interactions.
• Offer knowledgeable, honest product advice tailored to each customer’s needs.
• Maintain high visual merchandising standards and an inviting shopping environment.
• Manage stock efficiently: receive deliveries, process returns/refunds, and rotate inventory.
• Handle sales transactions accurately on the till.
• Resolve queries related to orders, refunds, and logistics.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest Skinnydip products, promotions, and brand news.
• Support the team with store cleanliness, merchandising, and daily operations.
