Head of Commercial Strategy & RGM

About the role

This senior leadership position is responsible for the full commercial ownership of a major consumer‑goods portfolio. You will shape and execute a multi‑year category strategy that integrates customer initiatives, revenue growth management, innovation and operational efficiencies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a multi‑year plan covering commercial, RGM and innovation initiatives.
• Design and implement commercial plans across multiple channels, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Own the category’s financial performance, building forecasts, budgets and tracking against targets.
• Lead, coach and inspire a cross‑functional team to achieve strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders as a core member of the category leadership team.

Required profile

• Significant experience in commercial, category or RGM roles within FMCG or consumer goods.
• Demonstrated ability to manage P&L performance and make data‑driven decisions.
• Strong understanding of RGM principles and their commercial application.
• Proven leadership, influencing and relationship‑building capabilities.
• Comfortable thriving in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

• Salary range £90,000 – £120,000 per annum.
