About the role
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative / Service Advisor to manage our busy service desk in Gloucester. You will be the main point of contact for customers from booking to vehicle collection, ensuring a smooth and organised workshop flow.
Key responsibilities
- Manage bookings and keep the workshop schedule optimised.
- Keep customers informed throughout the service process.
- Create job cards, invoices and accurate estimates.
- Identify upsell opportunities and present them sensibly.
- Coordinate with the Parts department to ensure required items are available.
- Maintain a tidy and efficient service desk environment.
Required profile
- Experience in an administrative or office‑based role; service advisor experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with customers, technicians and internal teams.
- Ability to handle multiple jobs simultaneously without losing focus.
- Commercial mindset to maximise bookings and workshop efficiency.
- Proactive, ownership‑driven attitude and attention to detail.
Required skills
- Kerridge (service management software) – ideal but not essential.

- Salary £30,000 basic with OTE up to £33,000.
