About the role
Join Arval BNP Paribas as a Customer Service Specialist in Swindon. You will be the primary point of contact for personal leasing customers, supporting them from vehicle delivery through the end of the contract. The role blends phone and email interaction, offering a varied and customer‑focused experience.
Key responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer calls with a focus on quality and empathy.
- Take ownership of issues, seeing them through to resolution.
- Record and, where possible, resolve complaints at the first point of contact.
- Respond to email enquiries related to leasing, payments, vehicle faults and invoices.
- Identify vulnerable customers and ensure appropriate support.
Required profile
- Empathetic attitude with a genuine desire to improve customers' day.
- Positive, upbeat, and can‑do mindset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Curiosity and good problem‑solving abilities.
