Customer Services Executive – £26k, Hybrid

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Services Executive to join our client’s UK headquarters in Marlow. You will be the first point of contact for customers across phone, email and digital channels, ensuring a smooth experience from order placement through delivery and after‑sales support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound customer enquiries via telephone and digital platforms using CRM and contact‑centre systems.
• Process and track customer orders, providing timely updates on delivery status.
• Handle returns, refunds and order‑specific queries, keeping all systems accurate.
• Resolve complaints professionally or escalate when necessary.
• Log all interactions and actions meticulously within the CRM.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and empathetic in challenging situations.
• High level of accuracy with excellent data‑entry capabilities.
• Well‑organised with solid time‑management and prioritisation abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM and contact‑centre systems.
