Customer Support Advisor (Portuguese Speaking) – Remote

About the role

Concentrix is seeking Portuguese‑speaking Customer Support Advisors to join its Primark team. Working fully remotely from the United Kingdom, you will respond to customer enquiries received via social media and email, helping shoppers with order issues, payment queries, product availability and request modifications or cancellations.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer contacts across social media platforms and email.
• Investigate and resolve issues such as missing orders, payment problems, and product queries.
• Process order changes, cancellations and provide accurate information on product availability.
• Maintain a friendly, empathetic and professional tone in all communications.
• Adhere to shift schedules covering 8 am‑12 am (midnight) on a rotational basis, Monday to Sunday.

Required profile

• Fluent in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience (mandatory).
• Experience with social media or content moderation is desirable.
• Flexible availability for shifts between 8 am and 12 am, any day of the week.
• Reliable broadband of at least 10 Mbps and a quiet, distraction‑free home workspace.
• Clean record with no credit, criminal or disciplinary issues.

Required skills

• Strong written communication in Portuguese and English.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms for customer interaction.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate email and ticketing systems.
