Cyber Security & Network Analyst

About the role

The Cyber Security & Network Analyst will provide operational support, development and management of the IT network and security infrastructure to meet business requirements. You will work within the Business Technology Solutions department to ensure the organisation’s digital assets are protected and the network runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day cyber security tasks, including monitoring SIEM tools, responding to incidents and analysing breaches.
• Develop, maintain and support security systems such as next‑generation firewalls, IPS, endpoint protection and data‑encryption solutions.
• Administer the corporate network – Layer 2/3 devices, LAN, WAN, Internet, B2B links, RAS, NLB and Wi‑Fi – to align with business goals.
• Identify internal and external threats, document incidents, recommend fixes and implement remediation.
• Participate in security‑focused projects, roll out new measures and conduct technical audits.
• Perform risk assessments, produce reports for management and keep security policies up to date.
• Research emerging security products, apply patches promptly and ensure vulnerabilities are resolved.

Required profile

• Proven experience in operational cyber security and network management.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and follow documented processes.
• Strong analytical mindset for threat detection and incident investigation.
