Data Delivery Manager – Hybrid (Reigate)

About the role

Ageas is embarking on a data‑driven transformation and needs a Data Delivery Manager to orchestrate the delivery of data initiatives. Working in a hybrid setting (two days a month on site), you will connect multiple squads, stakeholders and product owners to ensure projects are delivered quickly and with impact.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate resources and activities across data squads.
• Identify, report and mitigate risks, issues and dependencies that could affect delivery.
• Partner with Product Owners to plan, track and deliver data pipelines, MI and analytics initiatives.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across teams, ensuring alignment, prioritisation and progress.
• Represent data delivery in wider delivery forums, maintaining high visibility and accurate reporting.

Required profile

• Proven stakeholder management experience, comfortable working with senior leaders.
• Strong delivery mindset – organised, proactive and forward‑looking.
• Experience delivering solutions within data environments such as pipelines, management information and analytics.
• Ability to juggle competing priorities, dependencies and fast‑paced delivery.
• Clear, confident communicator who can influence and drive progress.
