About the role

We are seeking a Data & Reporting Manager to join a Glasgow‑based financial services client on a permanent basis. The role focuses on turning large, complex data sets into actionable business insights and supporting technology‑driven improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret extensive data sets and translate them into meaningful business recommendations.
• Analyse trends, risks and opportunities, and highlight actionable insights.
• Recommend and implement technology solutions to enhance reporting processes.
• Identify and drive procedural efficiencies across internal departments.
• Collaborate with technology teams to automate reporting and build bespoke dashboards.

Required profile

• Experience in fund administration, platform businesses or financial services.
• Proven track record of delivering data‑driven business outcomes.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to lead business change and process improvement initiatives.
