Delivery & Customer Experience Co‑Ordinator (Online) – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term

About the role

This 12‑month fixed‑term position at ASDA’s Leeds hub supports the online grocery delivery journey. You will work closely with eCommerce, retail, logistics and fleet teams to improve customer communications, driver experience and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse data and reporting to identify opportunities for enhancing the online grocery delivery experience.
• Design, implement and continuously improve customer communication journeys and order‑update processes.
• Develop and roll out driver training materials, operational policies and process improvements.
• Support initiatives that boost driver engagement, retention and overall colleague experience.
• Assist with the rollout and embedding of electric‑vehicle (EV) initiatives across the network.
• Track project progress against objectives, timelines and business case outcomes.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with cross‑functional teams, depots and retail operations to ensure successful project delivery.
• Maintain project documentation, plans and communications to keep projects on budget and on schedule.
