Delivery Postperson with Driving – Bicester

About the role

Join Royal Mail as a Delivery Postperson with Driving, based at the Bicester Delivery Office. You will be the friendly face that brings mail, parcels and essential items to homes and businesses across your assigned route, working in all weather conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver letters, parcels, election materials and regulated items (e.g., food, alcohol) safely and on time.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and collections throughout the day.
• Follow health, safety and Royal Mail standards while on the road.
• Interact positively with customers, providing excellent service and representing the community.
• Drive a company‑provided vehicle, adhering to traffic regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• Upbeat, independent and self‑motivated.
• Organised, punctual and committed to great customer service.
• Enjoy walking long periods and working outdoors in any weather.
• Strong sense of community and pride in the role.
• Full UK manual driving licence with no more than six penalty points.

Required skills

• Full UK manual driving licence (≤6 penalty points).
